During my stay, the room was impeccably designed with multiple private balconies, offering fine views of the vibrant atmosphere outside. I was greeted with a glass of local Moscatel wine, which added a wonderful local touch to my arrival. The staff are among the most courteous and helpful we've ever encountered.
During my stay, I struggled with the Wi-Fi connection, which was quite frustrating when I needed to stay connected. The absence of an elevator made lugging my bags up the stairs quite the challenge, especially after a long journey. Additionally, I felt the room amenities could be updated. for instance, I had trouble getting the fridge to work without an additional key.
