missingWrote a review on 25 Octcourteous staffwi-fi issuesstair access challenge
The staff are among the most courteous and helpful we've ever encountered.
During my stay, I struggled with the Wi-Fi connection, which was quite frustrating when I needed to stay connected. The absence of an elevator made lugging my bags up the stairs quite the challenge, especially after a long journey. Additionally, I felt the room amenities could be updated. for instance, I had trouble getting the fridge to work without an additional key.

how could anyone rave about this place? they expect guests to climb stairs with heavy bags, which is just absurd. i also couldn’t get the fridge to work without a second key—i mean, c'mon! as an important guest, maybe a room upgrade would have been nice. i almost wrote a glowing review, but just couldn’t.

Spacious rooms equipped with modern amenities, and the breakfast options are generous and well-presented. Unique artistic styles in each wing make the hotel visually interesting.
Could benefit from washcloths for the shower, and the coffee at breakfast could use improvement. No on-site restaurant means relying on nearby dining options.
